Cancellation Policy and Security Information: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of Remedial Massage appointments.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment price.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), a 100% fee of the treatment price will be charged.

Security Information: To secure your appointment and as part of our booking process, we require clients to provide their credit card details. It is important to note that no charges will be taken at the time of booking. The card details are collected solely for security purposes.

Charge Policy: The credit card details will only be charged under the following circumstances: In the case of a cancellation within the 12-hour window, where the 50% cancellation fee applies. In the event of a no-show, resulting in a 100% fee of the treatment price being charged.
